Rewards that Reshape: Effective Reinforcement Techniques in BIPs LIMITED

This training session is dedicated to empowering educators with the tools and techniques to effectively implement functionally-aligned reinforcement strategies from individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) within their schools. Over the course of three hours, participants will explore the theory behind positive reinforcement and its practical application in encouraging desirable student behaviors. This session aims to provide a thorough understanding of how to utilize BIPs to reinforce positive behavior patterns, thereby enhancing the overall educational experience.
