Writing IEP goals in the area of Social Emotional Behavior can be daunting. This session will provide an overview of the characteristics of behavior, referred to as FLITAD (Frequency, Latency, Intensity, Accuracy, Duration), and how to create progress monitoring structures which align with these characteristics. Considerations in how to determine what the best monitoring option for your students will be given, as well as examples of different monitoring structures. Excel templates for tracking data over time will also be provided.
