DMPS Summer Institute 2024

This session will focus on how to create a successful transition plan for high school students. The first half of the session will focus on the SDI Framework for Secondary Transition with a review of the PLAAPF. The second half of the session will highlight information pertaining to service connections and post-secondary supports related to living, learning, and working. Work Experience Coordinators will be in attendance and available for discussion/questions.
